iFly Res is said to be one of the world’s first PSS systems with a new distribution capability. It will manage important functions such as passenger reservations, flight control, inventory control, fares, ticketing, and departure control.

The technology will also enable the airline to manage its blocked and free-sale inventory, offer real-time operation visibility, as well as quickly make decisions to offer improved customer service and optimise costs.

Additionally, the passenger service system will enable TruJet to connect seamlessly with other partner airlines for codesharing, as well as future goods distribution.

TruJet is the first Indian airline to operate on all Ude Desh ka Aam Naagrik (UDAN) sectors that the company has secured. Launched in 2017, UDAN is the regional airport development and connectivity scheme of the Government of India to make flying affordable.
