Biometric security system provider Princeton Identity has installed its Access500e identity management kiosk module within the Dubai International Airport (DXB).
By quickly identifying DXB travellers, the Princeton solution reduces time spent in security lines. This is intended to improve the overall travel experience.

The iris biometric capture device Access500e has been designed for integration into various application solutions.
There are approximately 100 Access500e products in operation across DXB’s Emirates Airlines terminals.
Going forward, the airport plans to deploy another 40 in order to support the influx of new international tourists.

At DBX, Princeton integrated the technology into the new ‘Eyen’ smart gate system, which captures biometric signatures. This eliminates the need for visitors to check in with a customs agent.
Princeton partnered with the tech company Emaratech for the implementation of Access500e into DBX terminals.
Princeton’s newly opened international office in Dubai will also serve as the hub for the company’s Middle Eastern and African regional offices, supporting territories ranging from north Africa to Eastern Europe.
