Spirit Airlines has signed a $6.7bn agreement with Airbus to buy 75 single-aisle aircraft, which includes 45 A320neo aircraft with a new engine option and 30 A320s.
The airline will deploy the new aircraft within its targeted growth markets in the US, Caribbean and Latin America.
