SIA Engineering Company (SIAEC) has secured a six-year tailored support package (TSP) contract from Airbus to maintain Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) additional fleet of 15 A330-300 aircraft, which were bought from Airbus.

As part of the contract, SIAEC will provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services including transit and light maintenance checks, defect rectification, cabin maintenance, fleet management and heavy maintenance checks.

SIAEC will provide MRO services to Singapore Airlines at its facilities in Singapore.

The airline will take delivery of the A330-300s from 2013.
