Global aviation fuels and lubricants supplier Shell Aviation has begun supplying jet fuel to Brussels Airport in Belgium.
The current project is part of the company’s ongoing aim to deliver aviation products and services to all aircraft types across the world.
Shell Aviation Europe and South Africa general manager Adam Harrison said: “This entry provides genuine value for our customers, allowing them to access a strong and integrated supply chain.
“We are pleased to be working closely with our new partners as we take an important leap forward in our European growth plan.”
In addition, Shell Aviation has launched into-plane services for all of its commercial customers that are collaborating with Brussels Airfuels Services.
Brussels Airfuels Services general manager Luc Janssens said: “We are delighted to be starting operations with Shell to provide a faster, more efficient service for customers flying into Brussels.
