Nextant Aerospace has received FAA certification for its remanufactured business jet Nextant 400XT.

The business jet is comprised of a remanufactured airframe from the Beechjet 400A/XP aircraft, a Williams FJ44-3AP turbofan engines, Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics, advanced electronics and rebuilt interiors.

The 400XT can fly up to 2,005 nautical miles with four passengers and NBAA IFR reserves, a 50% increase over the 400XP.

The remanufactured aircraft has a cruising speed of 460 nautical miles an hour, with fuel efficiency improvements of 25-30%.

Flight Options will get the first delivery of the business jet in this month, as part of its 40-plane order.

The 400XT is delivered as a new aircraft with a two-year, tip-to-tail warranty and a full suite of support services previously available only in new aircraft.
