UK-based helicopter management, charter and training company Starspeed has been acquired by Luxaviation Helicopters.
The acquisition of Starspeed, which has a fleet of 23 managed helicopters, will allow Luxaviation Helicopters to strengthen its presence in the aviation market.

LS Holdings Company, a US-based company engaged in providing lightning protection systems for aerospace and defence applications, has been purchased by Ducommun Incorporated.
