Australia-based adventure tourism and leisure company Skydive the Beach Group Limited plans to purchase GBR Helicopters Pty Ltd and GBR Holdings Pty Ltd for $15.25m. 

Scheduled to complete on 1 November 2017, the takeover is expected to expand the acquiring company’s tourism business.

GBR Helicopters and GBR Holdings are involved in providing flight training, tourism, and flight commercial operation services.

Staffpoint Holding Oy and Kilco Oy have sold the remaining 60% shares in Finland-based Nordic Regional Airlines Oy to passenger and cargo airline services provider Finnair Oyj.

The deal has yet to be approved by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.

Finnair currently owns a 40% share in Nordic Regional Airlines.
