Lockheed Martin Commercial Flight Training (LMCFT) has won orders from US-based carrier Allegiant Air and Hawaiian Airlines for full flight simulators.

The Allegiant A320 simulator purchase deal and following the purchase, Allegiant expects to add the device to its equipment portfolio.

Allegiant and Avenger Flight Group currently provide training on LMCFT simulators at the facility in Las Vegas, Nevada, US.

By the end of 2015, LMCFT signed a purchase deal for an A320 full flight simulator for Hawaiian Airlines, which already owns an LMCFT A330 simulator.

LMCFT currently provides a suite of commercial aviation training products and services, including Airbus A320, A330 and A340 and Boeing 737, 767, 777 and 787 full flight simulators.

To be acquired by CAE, the company also provides training services through its international commercial aviation training centres in São Paulo, Brazil, and Incheon, South Korea.

For acquiring LMCFT, CAE had concluded a conditional agreement with Lockheed Martin in February this year.

The deal is subject to customary closing conditions, including employee related consultation procedures and regulatory approvals.
