Flight Solutions and Services (FSS) has formed a joint venture (JV) with Canada-based Skyservice Business Aviation to deliver fixed-base operator (FBO) services at the new FSS Aerocentre in Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Operating under the brand ‘FSS-Skyservice FBO Services’, the new JV will offer a complete range of FBO services at the centre, which is being constructed at the south side of the airport.

FSS CEO Ian McDougall said: "Skyservice has a thirty-year history of operating award winning FBOs with an unsurpassed level of operational and service excellence.
"The new FSS Aerocentre will be located in a prime location and will have state-of-the-art office, lounge and hangar facilities.
"The total square footage will be in excess of 200,000ft2, setting new standards in the FBO industry."
The hangars at the new centre will be allotted exclusively for FSS, Skyservice and other FSS-affiliated operating companies, including Aligned Aviation Development Services and FSS Aircraft Management Services.

The FSS Aerocentre is being built by Aligned Aviation Development Services, a strategic JV with Canadian construction company EllisDon.
