IT-COM originally collaborated with Schmid Telecom on the project, but the partnership ended after the Swiss company went bankrupt last year.

Under the scope of the project, IT-COM will have to provide training, as well as preparations for providing all necessary functionalities and services.

The company will install the new technology based on the proven Frequentis compact and duplicated VCS 3020X, thereby offering several interfaces to external systems for ground / ground and air / ground communication.

In addition, a long-term services agreement has been signed between Frequentis and IT-COM to provide comprehensive warranty and maintenance support for the VCS solution.
