US-based Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) has extended its partnership with Clear Channel Airports (CCA) to enhance its digital and printed media programme.

CCA is a brand division of Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA).

Set to come online in early 2017, the media programme will include new energy-efficient advertising displays.

The deal will also expand ABIA’s digital network with new marquee digital assets, as well as create a modern tech-savvy entrance visible to all arriving passengers.

Under the terms of the extended agreement, CCA will expand its media programme to improve travel experiences at the airport.

The CCA programme is expected to reach more than 12 million passengers annually.

ABIA’s advertising programme will be expanded with a large-format digital LED network, automated advertising content management, and upgrades to the airports digital concourse network.

Serving more than 12 million passengers annually, ABIA has 16 airlines offering flights to more than 56 destinations worldwide.
