The specialist team comprises Mace, Arcadis, Royal HaskoningDHV and Aecom DVP.

The new pier and terminal are being developed to boost the competitive position of Mainport Schiphol and address the growing aviation demands.

To be developed as part of Amsterdam Schiphol’s Capital Programme, the construction of the new pier is slated to be completed in 2019, while the new terminal will open in 2023.

The Capital Programme is expected to be a complex project due to space limitations at the airport, which will remain fully operational during the construction.
