The freight arm of Etihad Airways has deepened its integration with Kuehne+Nagel via an eBookings system, as part of its aim to digitize. The new system will “streamline” the booking process for its customers, according to the Abu Dhabi airline.
Etihad Cargo has similar eBooking platform integrations with cargo.one, WebCargo, CargoWise and CargoAI.

The deal will allow Kuehne+Nagel to access Etihad’s Instant Offer Rate product and instant visibility of capacity and pricing.
Vice president at Etihad Cargo Stanislas Brun explained the deal.
“By providing Kuehne+Nagel with direct access to Etihad Cargo’s network’s real-time data, this integration enhanced their ability to make informed booking decisions, streamline operations, and ultimately deliver superior service to their customers.
“Etihad Cargo will continue to prioritise the carrier’s digital connectivity and development, ensuring technological advancements keep pace with industry demands and further elevate service standards,” Brun outlined.
