The Norwegian Government has raised Skr652m ($73.42m) through a private placement of the remaining 37.8 million SAS shares.
Priced at Skr17.25 ($1.94) each, the shares were sold to multiple institutional investors in a book-building process. Sale of the remaining 9.88% stake marks the government’s full exit from the Scandinavian airline.
