Australia-based Qantas Airways Ltd, and British Airways Plc have expanded their codeshare partnership.

Qantas will continue to place its code on British Airways-operated flights between London and eight European cities.

The agreement will also allow British Airways to share its code on Qantas’ flights from three Australian cities to Singapore and other domestic and international routes.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) have signed a co-operation agreement to enhance air traffic management (ATM) in Europe and Singapore.

“Aptilo Networks has received a three-year contract extension from airport operator Swedavia AB to provide carrier Wi-Fi services at ten Swedish airports.”

The partners will collaborate on air traffic flow management as well as research, development and training in the field of ATM.

The collaboration will enhance ATM capabilities of both Singapore and Europe while ensuring efficient flow of traffic between Asia and Europe.

Aptilo Networks has received a three-year contract extension from airport operator Swedavia AB to provide carrier Wi-Fi services at ten Swedish airports.

The deal will allow Swedavia to continue to provide Wi-Fi services to the guests at its airports using Aptilo Service Management Platform (SMP).

Swedavia also plans to upgrade its Wi-Fi service with the Aptilo SMP.

Signature Flight Support has received approval from the officials of Santa Barbara Airport in California, US, to buy and operate the self-service AvGas 100LL fuel facility at the airport.

Signature’s self-service customers will be offered complimentary parking on the transient ramp. The company is a part of BBA Aviation.
