Bombardier intends to raise C$638.4m ($495.28m) through a public offering of 168 million Class B shares.

Priced at C$3.8 ($2.94) a share, the issue will grant underwriters the option to buy up to 25.2 million Class B shares within 30 days upon closure of the offering.

The proceeds from the issue will be used to fund the company’s working capital requirements and general corporate purposes.

ATR Group and Quickstep Holdings have entered a partnership agreement to develop composite parts and complex components used in the aerospace and automotive industries.

Airservices Australia has signed a strategic agreement with Immarstat to carry out satellite voice (SatVoice) communications evaluations for existing air traffic services in Australia.

The traffic services covered by very high-frequency (VHF) voice services will be excluded from evaluation.

The partnership will assist airlines in upgrading their traditional communication devices with sophisticated equipment, which will improve effective communication and enhance aviation safety across the oceans and remote locations.

The evaluations are intended to facilitate direct controller-to-pilot communications (DCPC).
