Quadratica (UK) has announced that it has been selected by Contemporary Security Canada (CSC) to provide x-ray object recognition training for the upcoming Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games in Vancouver and Whistler, British Columbia.

Contemporary Security Canada (CSC) is responsible for security screening at the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games under the direction of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). To support this project, CSC is responsible for hiring, training and managing the workforce of over 5,000 people.

Quadratica’s successful bid was a result of their national and international experience in the training of Security personnel. The UK-based company is a well renowned supplier of internet-based training products in the travel and security markets.

Managing director Chris Grey noted, “We are proud to be selected to form part of such an important event. It will be a privilege to work with the CSC team to ensure customer safety and security.”
