Increasing cost pressure lead to ever growing demands on the efficiency of internal workflows for airports and service providers. In the field of airport logistics, ground handling offers a great potential for improvement, bearing in mind that in most airports passenger baggage is still manhandled. The vacuum baggage lifter JumboFlex can make a decisive difference: the single-hand operated baggage lifter allows for easy, very quick and ergonomic lifting, handling, turning and lowering of baggage with a weight of up to 35kg. With its compact and lightweight design the JumboFlex is perfect for frequent transfer of small and medium loads and convinces with functionality, flexibility and safety.
Fields of application include: transport and sorting of various baggage tapes, loading and unloading chutes, conveyors or baggage trolleys.
Since the baggage lifter supports the weight of the loads, employees no longer have to cope with any physical strain.
With the two-in-one alternating gripper, the operator can easily switch between a mechanical suspension hook for items that cannot be suction-lifted, and the vacuum-operated baggage gripper. The vacuum generator can be switched on and off with the integrated radio control at any work stoppage. This can save up to 40% of operating costs.
