Hong Kong-based Plaza Premium Group has secured a contract in collaboration with SATS Airport Services to build a new airport lounge at Terminal 4 (T4) in Singapore’s Changi Airport.

Plaza Premium received the contract from airport owner and operator Changi Airport Group (CAG) through its member company Plaza Premium Lounge Investment China.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two partner companies will be responsible for jointly designing, constructing, operating and managing the lounge over the next six years.

Dubbed Blossom – SATS & Plaza Premium Lounge (Blossom Lounge), the facility will be developed over an area of approximately 1,100m2 and will be able to accommodate 280 customers.

Blossom Lounge is scheduled to open later this year alongside the official commencement of operations at the new terminal.

Last month, Plaza Premium secured a contract from Aeroporti di Roma (ADR) to design, develop and operate the new Plaza Premium Lounge at Terminal 3 in Italy’s Leonardo da Vinci Airport.
