Qatar Airways Cargo has collaborated with the South Korean air cargo platform iNOMAD to provide increased visibility of rates and capacity for its customers when booking shipments in the region.

The iNOMAD platform has been designed to transmit and receive information from logistics-related service providers and master loaders, including airlines.

It is claimed to be the first company that links an application program interface (API) with north-east Asian air carriers, providing comprehensive services ranging from air cargo booking and rates to schedules and tracking.

iNOMAD CEO Joon-suk Yim said: “Developing this business, we are grateful and proud to start a new partnership with Qatar Airways, a top-tier airline, that can provide us with vital information in expanding our logistics service.

“We aim to become a search engine for the air logistics field in which clients can check the information they need in real-time, regardless of time and place.
