Ten people have been injured after a drone laden with explosives attacked at King Abdullah Airport in Jizan, Saudi Arabia.
Coalition spokesman Brig Gen Turki Al-Maliki was quoted by the Saudi news agency SPA as saying: “Two armed drones launched from Yemen were shot down from the sky by Saudi air defences.”

The drone was intercepted and destroyed but the debris injured four workers.
The Saudi-led coalition blamed the Iran-aligned Houthis for the attack, which has been engaged in a conflict with the government forces for many years.
Last September, Houthi drone strikes on Abha International Airport injured at least eight people and damaged a civilian aeroplane.
