“Eindhoven is already our fourth lounge in the Netherlands, in addition to three lounges at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, which have been running very successfully.”

The lounge at Eindhoven is the third Aspire Lounge to open in the last three months, following on from lounges at London Gatwick Airport and Edinburgh Airport in the UK.

Swissport is a provider of airport ground and air cargo services. It has 47 lounges at more than 30 airports in 13 countries.

Aspire lounges are operated at airports in Africa, Europe and North America. In the first half of 2020, Swissport plans to open lounges in Ottawa and Halifax in Canada and Perth in Australia.

In May, Eindhoven Airport ground handler Viggo deployed SITA’s airport management system to ensure timely aircraft turnaround times and an efficient passenger journey.
