Auckland International Airport Limited has announced plans to sell 24.55% stake in Australian operator North Queensland Airports Pty Limited (NQA).

The stake will be sold either to the existing NQA shareholders or to a third-party.

Indonesia-based air transportation service provider PT Fersindo Nusaperkasa and Malaysian AirAsia Investment Ltd have sold a 57.25% stake in PT Indonesia AirAsia (IAA) to PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk for IDR26bn ($1.9m).

AirAsia subsidiary AAIL will continue to own a 20.95% stake in IAA following the transaction.
