The Skanska USA and Moss & Associates joint venture has won a $80m contract to expand and renovate Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport in South Carolina, US.
The project will also improve the airport’s overall passenger flow and upgrade the facility to meet the new security standards set by the US Transportation Security Administration.

Skanska Moss will deliver all preconstruction, construction management and post-construction services.
The multiphase terminal improvement programme includes temporary facilities, multiple and phased tenant relocations and baggage-handling improvements.
Construction work will begin in December 2011 and be completed in June 2014.
