Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) has expanded and launched more new services for international travellers.
As part of this initiative, the airport will expand its customs and border protection (CBP) baggage exits and the Terminal D22 checkpoint will grow from four to six lanes to better accommodate international passengers connecting to other flights.

The airport recently expanded its automated passport control (APC) area with the installation of 21 additional self-processing kiosks.
DFW Airport CEO Sean Donohue said: "Since the implementation of APC, we have seen great results with more than 70% of all international customers automatically processed through the APCs.
"Working in partnership with US Customs and Border Protection, we have been able to shorten wait times for international passengers passing through CBP, even with an 8.46% increase in overall passenger traffic."
It also launched Carry E-Z queues, which enable international customers travelling without checked bags to clear the CBP arrival area in one step, allowing them to bypassing the baggage claim process.

By GlobalDataUS Customs and Border Protection’s area port director Cleatus Hunt said that CBP is committed to working with its partners to implement solutions to improve efficiency.
"APC and Carry E-Z are the latest examples of our commitment to facilitate legitimate travel in a secure manner with less delay," Hunt said.
In cooperation with the US Customs and Border Protection, the airport implemented automatic processing for citizens from all 38 visa waiver countries.
