The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has started an investigation into a near-midair collision between a JetBlue Flight 94 and a small aircraft near Westchester County Airport in the north of New York City, US, marking the second such incident last month involving a Jetblue Airbus A320.
JetBlue’s Airbus A320 was on the way from Orlando, when the airport’s air traffic controllers warned it of an unidentified small aircraft coming towards it, according to News12.

Another regional media noted that the Jetblue pilots had successfully changed course and narrowly evaded the collision.
Passengers on the plane said the small aircraft was so close that they were able to hear the engines.
No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
