Islamic State militants have claimed responsibility for a missile attack on Labraq Airport, the main gateway to eastern Libya.
The airport was hit by six missiles fired from the ISIS-held city of Derna. No one was hurt in the incident.

The militants also attacked the house of the Iranian ambassador in the Libyan capital two days after claiming responsibility for a double suicide bombing that killed close to 40 people in the eastern town of Qubbah.
In retaliation to the attack, the air force of the eastern-based government attacked suspected militant positions in the city of Derna with airstrikes.
This follows an incident last week where an airport in Zintan was struck by airstrikes.
Earlier this month, Morocco has suspended flights to Libya and closed its airspace for Libyan aircraft citing security concerns. Egypt has also closed its airspace for Libyan flights.
