CAE has signed a C$70m (US$68.4m) contract to deliver four Level D full-flight simulators (FFS) to Thai Airways International, Gulf Aviation Academy (GAA), Russian aviation equipment company NITA and CAE Global Academy Perth.

The CAE 7000 Series A380 FFS will be delivered to Thai Airways International in 2013 to its flight simulator facility at the airline’s headquarters in Bangkok.

Gulf Aviation Academy will receive CAE 7000 Series A330 FFSs, which will incorporate a CAE Tropos-6000 visual system, and will be delivered in mid 2012 in Bahrain.

CAE has been contracted by NITA to deliver a CAE 5000 Series Airbus A320 FFS with CAE Tropos-6000 visual system to the Federal Air Transport Agency and the simulator will be delivered to Ulyanovsk in mid-2012.

Under the contract, CAE Global Academy Perth will receive the Embraer Phenom 100 CAE 5000 Series FFS simulator.
