Denver International Airport (DIA) in Colorado, US, has appointed Microdesk to provide its ModelStream solution that will help connect every building information model (BIM) data with its new airport facility asset management systems.

ModelStream, provided by the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations and maintenance (AECO) industry consultancy, links the information-based power of BIM with IBM Maximo, the asset lifecycle and maintenance management system.

The facilities and operations team working at Denver airport will be able to use the ModelStream solution to access BIM data required to identify probable problems, identify assets and track equipment for handling the wide range of facilities at the airport.
