The STC will feature all of the US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) requirements.

The FAA’s NextGen and European Commission’s Single Sky initiatives currently mandate operators to follow stringent ADS-B requirements.

“Teaming with Global is a no-brainer relationship that can accomplish that and more."

ADS–B is a space-based surveillance technology, which allows an aircraft to determine its position via satellite navigation.

The technology also enables the aircraft to periodically broadcast its position, enabling it to be tracked from anywhere in the world.
