Canada-based airline Air Canada has opened its latest Maple Leaf Lounge at Newark Liberty International Airport in New Jersey, US.
Situated beyond security near the airline's boarding gates, the newly opened lounge will provide refreshments, complimentary Wi-Fi and printing facilities to Air Canada and Star Alliance customers.

Air Canada Passenger Airlines president Benjamin Smith said: "Air Canada is pleased to provide eligible Air Canada and Star Alliance customers a new Maple Leaf Lounge at Newark Liberty airport.
“We recognise that business and premium customers have additional requirements, including the need for a quiet place to work while travelling, and our new Maple Leaf Lounge is designed with this in mind.
“The new lounge also compliments our Boeing 787 Newark-Vancouver service featuring our Business Class – Transcontinental product, with lie-flat suites in business class.”
Air Canada currently operates 22 Maple Leaf Lounges for its premium passengers worldwide.

By GlobalDataThe airline is expecting to open a new lounge at Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport in Montreal, Canada by next month.
It is also set to open an expanded lounge at Vancouver International Airport, as well as a new lounge at Saskatoon John G. Diefenbaker International Airport by 2017.
