"Changi Airport has ordered a new airfield ground lighting control and monitoring system from Honeywell International."

Honeywell will deploy the system at the airport's runways, taxiways and apron lighting, as well as at facility control and management areas.

The new system will enable the airport to collect real-time data on approach and runway lighting lamp failures, enabling faster repairs. It will also allow pilots to easily navigate the complex surface layouts of modern airports.
