LATAM Airlines Group has raised $700m through the issue of international bonds in a public offering. The bonds bear a coupon rate of 6.875% and will mature on 11 April 2024.
Banco BTG Pactual, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse Group, Natixis and Banco Santander were the book runners for the public issue.
Indra has secured a contract from the Central American Corporation for Air Navigation Services (COCESNA) to upgrade seven air traffic surveillance radars in Central America.
Under the contract, the company will modernise surveillance radars located in Monte Crudo and Dixon Hill in Honduras, Puerto Cabezas in Nicaragua, Mata de Caña and Poas Volcano in Costa Rica, Cerro Santiago in Guatemala, and Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.
Indra will integrate the radars with modern digital systems, enabling high performance, easy maintenance, and remote management.
The upgrade will improve the capabilities of the radars to operate in line with the next-generation radars to be installed in Costa Rica, San Jose and Belize under the programme for modernising and standardising COCESNA systems.
