Menzies stated that NBO is Kenya’s largest aviation facility and the busiest airport in East Africa and it would need to follow up with employment to meet demand.

The servicer aims to launch a local recruitment drive that will set employees on a high standard of training provisions to ensure safe and secure customer service.

Menzies Aviation-Siginon Aviation chairman Meshack Kipturgo said: “Menzies Aviation-Siginon Aviation continues to flourish as we had envisioned when we partnered two years ago. This milestone is set to be the first of many with our focus being on growing our people, service delivery excellence and making a positive mark in Kenya’s air cargo and aviation sector.”

This partnership extends Menzies’s reach on the African continent, with operations at 40 airports in 19 countries.

This partnership also aligns with Menzies’s growth trajectory, which was emphasised previously due to the companies’ integration with NAS.
