The airport's digital modernisation programme will help expand the overall market for outdoor advertising company Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA) in Milwaukee County.

Milwaukee County executive Chris Abele said: “This new agreement helps the airport create a sense of place, generate additional revenue and keep costs low for travellers.

“I am pleased that Clear Channel Outdoor Americas is helping us make visitors aware of the many national brands that call Milwaukee home.”

The advertising project will also provide sponsorship and marketing opportunities, information kiosks, and exterior terminal assets, such as parking decks and jet bridges.
