Airport amenity developer Airspace Lounge has expanded its network with the launch of a new facility at the San Diego International Airport in California, US.
The new Airspace Lounge facility will be operated by Swissport and is located between Terminal 2 East and West.
Airspace Lounge noted that the new lounge provides a comfortable, affordable and convenient premium service to passengers and features plug sockets at every seat, complimentary Wi-Fi, a bar, as well as shower facilities and refreshments.
Swissport lounges senior vice-president and Airspace Lounge president Anthony Tangorra said: "Airspace Lounge has been designed to enhance the experience of San Diego flyers with a luxurious atmosphere that includes ample space with impressive views of the airfield.
"Passengers will enjoy first-class service that includes all amenities needed to relax and prepare for the next leg of their journey."
The lounge will offer its services to the Airspace Lounge customers for $25 a day, which includes a $10 credit to purchase items from Airspace’s premium menu, which comprises food and premium alcoholic beverages, hot breakfast sandwiches, an antipasto platter, as well as charcuterie and dessert selections.
