By GlobalDataAeromexico chief revenue officer Anko Van der Werff said: "The updated technology tools that we provide for our customers reflect the constant transformation and modernisation plans taking place at Aeromexico."
Available on all mobile devices, the airline's website has been updated to offer improved functionality, as well as allow customers to book their reservations and check in for flights more easily.
The carrier's airport kiosks now provide check-in and payment for seat selection and extra baggage, as well as seat assignments and changes after check-in.
The kiosks offer faster service with streamlined check-in times reduced by 50%, as these feature a more intuitive navigation platform.
The kiosks are equipped with advanced technology, including a document scanner, credit card reader, and a boarding pass and bag tag printer.
Over the next few months, customers will be able to check their bags, request upgrades, purchase items to personalise their flight, and adjust their itinerary in eight languages.
The kiosks have been installed in the Mexico City and Monterrey airports, and will soon be available in nine major airports.
In the last quarter of this fiscal year, users will be able to download the airline's new app, which will provide flight notifications, personalised promotions, and access to Aeromexico's Club Premier loyalty programme accounts.
The app will offer direct links to the new website, which will allow passengers to make reservations, track flights, and find their baggage carousel number on arrival.
By next year, a multimedia player for on-board entertainment will become available, thereby offering access to Aeromexico's streaming content without requiring a separate app.
Aeromexico has worked for nearly two years with technology partners to launch the services.
