Jazeera Airways has launched new self-check-in kiosks at Kuwait International Airport’s Terminal 5 (T5).

The Kuwait-based low-cost airline has unveiled free Wi-Fi at its T5 gates and has opened new restaurants and shops at the airport.

Jazeera has also stationed a dedicated help team and set up a round-the-clock Terminal 5 call centre service to assist passengers and their families to inquire about flights and other services.

Jazeera Airways CEO Rohit Ramachandran said: “We continue to introduce services that add value to our customers when travelling with Jazeera Airways.

“These additional amenities and services at our dedicated Jazeera Terminal are raising the level of the passenger experience.”

“These additional amenities and services at our dedicated Jazeera Terminal are raising the level of the passenger experience that customers can benefit from when flying Jazeera Airways at Kuwait International Airport.”

The new self-check-in kiosks allow passengers to quickly print their boarding pass and baggage tag after entering their booking reference, scanning their passport and ensuring their bags do not contain restricted items.

Once printing their boarding pass and baggage tags, travellers can deposit their luggage at the dedicated desk and then directly move to passport control.

Passengers can enjoy Wi-Fi free of cost during boarding at the T5 gates.

The newly opened restaurants and shops at T5 include a duty-free shop, Costa Coffee, Slim Chickens and Café Supreme.
