TACKL Health business development co-founder and vice-president Lauren Hetzel said: “We are committed to providing Cleveland Hopkins with solutions for the fight against Covid-19 so that people can reunite with loved ones.

“We have quickly expanded from our initial hub in Savannah and conduct thousands of Covid-19 tests a week in multiple cities nationwide. With the expansion to airports, our goal is to be part of the solution in bringing people back together.”

While the cost for the PCR testing will be $135, the rapid antigen test will cost $95.

Customers can also avail both services at a combined cost of $175, with test results arriving via email or text message in 48 to 72 hours for the PCR tests and within 15 minutes for the rapid antigen test.

Cleveland Hopkins International Airport director Robert Kennedy said: “Airports and airlines worldwide are increasingly launching on-site testing facilities as part of a layered approach to mitigate the spread of Covid-19.

“With TACKL Health, passengers, guests and employees at the airport have a fast, convenient, and effective solution that can also bring some peace of mind.”

In a separate development, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) reported that Orlando International Airport (MCO) was the busiest airport in the US during the weekend of the holiday season.
