Powered by Honeywell TFE731-40BR engines, the Learjet 70 and Learjet 75 aircraft are claimed to offer improved performance and better takeoff field length performance compared to their predecessors.

The aircraft features new canted winglets, which improves aerodynamic efficiency, and are said to offer up to 9% improvement in field performance and around 4% improvement in fuel efficiency.

Bombardier Business Aircraft president Éric Martel said: "Since their entry-into-service last December, our Learjet 70 and Learjet 75 aircraft have received strong interest from our customers

"The performance and efficiency of both aircraft, combined with their completely new interior, clearly position them as leaders within the light category."
