UK-based Cranfield Aerospace Solutions has entered a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group to collaborate in various aspects of aerospace and aviation engineering.

As part of the MoU, both companies will involve in developing aerospace and aviation concept, design, internet protocol (IP), conversion, modification, manufacture, test, operation, installation, certification maintenance, support and training.

"We are looking forward to increasing our footprint globally and working collaboratively with Cranfield Aerospace Solutions to deliver for our customers.”

The deal will also support establishing joint working groups to examine and define proposal for joint programmes in areas decided upon by both companies.
