Manchester Airport Group (MAG) has opened PremiAir, a private terminal for commercial airlines at Manchester Airport in the UK.
MAG announced plans to construct the terminal in January.
The PremiAir terminal will be open to all passengers travelling with 23 select airlines, with prices starting at £50.
Passengers will be provided with faster baggage processing, a lounge with complimentary food and drink and a dedicated security channel based on their packages.
Priced at £50, the Priority package is tailored to passengers with hand luggage only. They are offered a personal welcome, a dedicated security channel and luxury transfer to their aircraft.
Premium guests paying £100 can enjoy complimentary food and a wide selection of beverages. They will also be offered free Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines.
By paying £125, passengers can receive all the above benefits, as well as personal luggage transfer.
In addition, they can book round trips of any package, with a starting price of £175.
PremiAir general manager Mart Louwerse said: “We are so excited to be open and to be able to show off what we have to offer here. PremiAir is a stunning, highly individual space, and you can’t experience anything like it elsewhere in aviation at such a competitive price point.
“We are also delighted to now have 23 airlines onboard and we hope to add to that list in the coming months, to give an ever bigger slice of Manchester Airport’s passengers the opportunity to sample the private jet experience at Manchester.”
