Ecolog International Group company Ecolog Deutschland has partnered with Pro Health Medical – InVitaLab to open a Covid-19 test centre at Eindhoven Airport in the Netherlands.

The testing facility will be open for all citizens and residents of the country, along with the airport’s passengers. The facility will carry out a Covid-19 q-PCR test, which has a short turn-around time.

Detection of the Covid-19 infection is expected to help in limiting its spread and also in increasing passengers’ confidence in mobility and travel.

The Eco-Care Solution by Ecolog was developed in collaboration with medical and virology sector partners.

The solution provides screening, testing, and diagnostic abilities to restore economic continuity and boost public health.

It has also been deployed in Luxembourg, which is expected to lead to a nationwide Covid-19 testing programme by LIH and the government.

The facility at Eindhoven Airport will be open for testing this month. Customers will receive their results digitally using a secure platform, within a short amount of time.

Ecolog International group CEO Ali Vezvaei said: “We are proud to offer Covid-19 testing services in Eindhoven and to contribute with our screening and diagnostic solution to the comfort and safety of people and travellers.

“We believe smart testing programmes are one of the most effective ways to minimise the risk and impact of a potential second wave or periodic resurgence and to avoid further economic and social damage.”

Pro Health Medical CEO Theodoor Scheepers said: “Our partnership with a globally recognised and leading company as Ecolog enables us to provide a rapid, convenient and secure end-to-end solution to the public in the Eindhoven region.”
