Delta Air Lines was the next most mentioned airline, with 40% growth in conversations in H2 2021. The conversations for Delta Air Lines peaked when the company raised health premiums for unvaccinated staff by $200 a month.
Air India reported highest growth (178%) in volume of conversations in H2 2021 over H1 2021 among all airlines analysed in this study. The conversation spike for Air India was observed when Tata Group won the bid to acquire debt-ridden Air India from the Indian government.
