Implant Sciences has secured a contract from Uzbekistan to deploy its Quantum Sniffer QS-H150 handheld explosives trace detectors at the country’s airports

The sale was made through Implant Sciences’ new regional distributor PS.

The QS-H150 uses ion mobility spectrometry to rapidly detect and trace amounts of a wide variety of military, commercial and homemade explosives.

The detectors do not use radioactive materials and feature a low-maintenance design that is self-calibrating and self-clearing, providing very high levels of operational availability.
