São José dos Campos International Airport, in the state of Sao Paulo, Brazil, has just been equipped with a TATIC® system, the latest solution for managing electronic flight progress strips in control towers.

The TATIC® system is extremely flexible, meaning it is adapts to meet the most specific operational needs of any tower, regardless of its traffic flow, operational procedures and peculiarities.

The first generation of EFPS systems developed by Saipher ATC, currently installed in over 100 Brazilian airport control towers, will be gradually replaced by the new generation of TATIC® systems, which is already operating in 31 Brazilian airport control towers, ranging from important air force bases to the largest international airports administrated by the Brazilian Air Navigation Authority (DECEA) and by INFRAERO (Brazilian Airport Infrastructure Company).
