Technology provider Ricochet , in collaboration with ATC systems supplier C opperchase , has secured a contract to upgrade the recording and replay system at Newcastle International Airport in the UK.

The Ricochet software records the screen to mirror all operations, including mouse movements and information displayed to controllers.

The tool allows the immediate replay of incidents synchronously through the recording of multiple sources to recreate the exact situation the controllers experienced during an incident
