Incheon International Airport in South Korea is planning to develop an aircraft maintenance complex.
The 800,000m² complex will offer maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services for domestic and foreign airlines as well as low-cost carriers.
Incheon Airport has also signed an agreement with Korean airline JEJU AIR to develop the airline’s maintenance hangar, which will cost $18m.
The 21,700m² hangar will be used for line and heavy maintenance services.
The hangar is expected to open in December 2012.
