This is the latest in a long line of bid extensions for the terminal construction that forms part of the Muscat and Salalah Airports development programme, meed.com reports.

The most recent deadline for the building was 17 August 2009.

Potential bidding firms include Galfar and L&T, CCC and TAV, a consortium of Bahwan, Bechtel and Enka, SBG and French company Vinci Grand Projets, the news service said.

Construction bids for the new passenger terminal at Muscat International Airport have a deadline of 31 August 2009.
